All quiz content, including questions, answers, images, and descriptions, is generated using artificial intelligence and owned by DailyQuiz. The Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and take quizzes for personal, non-commercial use
• Export quiz content for educational purposes
• Share quiz links with others

You may not republish, distribute, or commercially exploit quiz content without explicit permission.

5. User Submissions

When you submit quiz attempts or feedback through the Service:

• Your quiz attempts and scores are stored to provide statistics and track your progress
• Feedback submissions may be used to improve the Service
• You grant us a license to use, modify, and process this data as described in our Privacy Policy

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Quiz content is generated by artificial intelligence (GPT-5 and DALL-E 3). While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Quiz content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of quiz content
• Quiz content should not be used as a sole source of information for critical decisions
• We implement verification processes, but cannot guarantee 100% factual accuracy
